- Our first initial on site consultation is free of charge*
- Our structural calculations are done “in house” and are included in our fixed price (free of charge when part of our building regulations package).
- With as much of our help as you need you will be driving the design of the project.
- All design consultations can be to suit your convenience, at home and in the evenings.
- All our drawings and calculations are produced on computer making it simple to pass our information around.

Feasibility Study :
Stage 1: Free initial visit and advice* and to discuss your needs and assess the potential of your building project. This includes provision of feasibility report having made initial inquires with the statuary authorities.

Design stage:
Stage 2: The design process involves you throughout. Our design consultations are conducted to suit your convenience. Together we will realise your aspirations for your property. On completion of this stage you will know how we have reached the finial design because you would have made the decisions along the way, with our help of course.

Planning
Application:
Stage 3: On completion of design drawings we will make a planning application and deal with the administration and liaison with your Local Authority. We will forward copies of all correspondence for your records including the final certificates.

regulations:
On completion of our fully detailed construction drawings and structural calculations we will make a building regulations application and deal with the administration and liaison with the checking Authority. We will forward copies of all correspondence for your records including the final certificates.

Schedule of
works:
We can produce a full specification of the works
and conduct the tendering of the works. We
therefore deal with the contractors so you don’t
have to. This service can be extended to also
oversee the construction works to ensure the
contractor builds to the required specification.
