Schedule of Works:- Stage 5
This is the service least used by our clients but is provided to those people not comfortable with obtaining tenders from builders. Our Tendering Service will ensure that you obtain the best possible quotation from prospective builders and that you carry out the correct tendering procedure. It also includes a schedule of works for pricing against. This ensures all builders are pricing for the same quality goods and workmanship.
The pack includes six complete sets of duplicate drawings,
production of a schedule of works (the builders checklists), proforma letters, agreements and requirements in Word format, a how to tender guide, a blank UK recognised building contract.
